Chartered Association of Business Administrators (CABA) is a not-for-profit global professional body chartered federally under Letters Patent granted by the Government of Canada (North America). Its mission is to raise competency and professionalism in the field of management by training and certifying managers and facilitating professional development.
The Association is multidisciplinary, drawing its members from the related but separate fields of accountancy, insurance, law, funds management, tax and pensions, business operation, management consultancy etc. The Association is forging a "new" profession that adopts the best features from these related professions and encourages the development of members' qualifications as business consultants on the basis of their current professional qualifications.
The CBA program is a graduate-level professional certification based on an MBA curriculum. It is a certification program that focuses on validating one's skills in business management. The CBA designation is awarded to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements and pass the CBA examination.

"Despite the shortness of the course, it was concise and relevant, not just to the corporate setting but to entrepreneurs with start-up businesses as well. For very busy people like us who don't have the time to get the full program, this is a good avenue to getinsights on business functions that are applicable to our respective careers. We got to understand the other aspects of leadership and management, and also get an indication of the latest business trends.
Learning's didn't just come from distinguished speakers nor from the syllabus, but also from the rich and diverse experiences of the class as well. Kudos to the CBA team!"

"This program gives a panoramic view of the different angles in the management of one’s business/organization. It’s really a mini-MBA course! I’m not in business but a professor who needs to confront demands in the academe and to handle some administrative aspects in the university.
This program equipped me with the knowledge and exposure to the science and trends in business and management. The professors are topnotch in their fields."

The CBA Program gave me a juicy slice of a full management course. It resonated and confirmed some of the concepts and philosophiesI learned in actual management practice. At the same time, I learned new concepts that I hope to bring into practice.
I appreciated being able to look at old problems in new ways with the hope of planting seeds of real solutions.

"The CBA modules presented by qualified and competent instructors serve as take off points to pursuing the formalities of an MBA degree in business. It is an ideal and practical study aid, to better understand and gain a basic solid foundation on the nature and workings of a business environment. It is preferably the course that caters to entrepreneurs, non-CPA’s, professionals and even those in diverse field of expertise planning to set up their own businesses later.
It definitely is a strong spring board, to catapult a business aspirant, who desires to become a successful manager or corporate person whom anyone can call proudly a best asset."
